STANDARD DELIVERY IN UNITED STATES*
Charges below are based on merchandise total. Standard Delivery charge includes all processing, handling, packaging (except gift wrapping), and ground transportation. Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Allow up to 12 business days for delivery. If you provide a PO Box for shipping address, please note that we will not be able to deliver there if UPS or FedEx is the carrier we need to use for your shipment. Additional delays may result or we may need to contact you for an alternate address. Shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent within 1 business day after your order ships via the method you specified at checkout (email, text message, Facebook, etc.). If you ordered an item that has a longer lead time (indicated in the item description, ex: "Large Basin, Ships in 1-2 weeks") your entire order may ship together when that item is ready.

We offer delivery to Canada for orders over $99 USD. We charge for shipping only and customer is responsible for customs, duties and fees beyond the standard shipping amount.
