At Rove and Swig, we strive to offer high quality products that will make you a happy, lifelong customer. We carefully inspect each item before shipping it to you, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read these instructions. We accept merchandise returns within 30 days of purchase or within 15 days of delivery, whichever is later. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging including all labels and stickers.
To complete your return, we require written authorization and an original sales receipt. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Return: (order no.)". In the body of your email, include your name, address, telephone number, and reason for return. We will reply with a return authorization number, which should be noted on the outside of your package. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns received more than 30 days after purchase or more than 15 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved (meaning we received the item(s) unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging including all labels and stickers) then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
If your order is returned to us due to being refused by the recipient, a 50% restocking fee will apply. We cannot issue a refund for items that are damaged while being returned to us.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.
We replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. Send us an email within 5 days of receipt of shipment at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo clearly showing the defect, the name of the defective item per your packing slip, your order number, name, and telephone number. We will reply with a return label for you to ship the item back to us. You must ship the item back within 5 days of receiving the return label. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift "card" will be e-mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs for returned items. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, you will be refunded for your items less our cost from the shipping carrier.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
